  • How should I care for my jewelry?

Use a soft bristle brush with a little soap and water, brushing in one direction, to remove the natural occurring tarnish and maintain the metal’s bright matte finish.

Polishing cloths work well, when used gently, for cleaning silver chain. 

Silk and nylon cord are water tolerant however the color can alter with prolonged sun exposure and skin oil contact.

Avoid contact with chlorine and other strong chemicals.

  • Can you repair my jewelry? 

We will gladly repair or adjust any piece of Sky Phaebl jewelry. Please contact studio@skyphaebl.com with the particulars of the situation. Fees will vary depending on the material and labor involved.

  • When will I receive my order?

Everything is handmade and depending on inventory may take up to two weeks to fulfill and ship. If you need your jewels urgently contact studio@skyphaebl.com to discuss the possibilities.

  • What is your return policy?

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return or exchange. Contact customer service first at info@skyphaebl.com for a return authorization number. All pieces must be in unused condition with their original packaging. Remember to include a copy of your receipt. Your refund will be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Shipping costs cannot be credited. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged goods due to negligence will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale items and special orders are Final Sale.

  • Can I special order something? 

Special order inquiries are welcome. Customized sizes and lengths are available upon request. These items are Final Sale.
